  • Unanchored or shadow-anchored shopping centers.
  • Sub-performing or non-performing loans secured by retail and office properties.
  • No single-family residential properties, hotels, or condominium.

Geographic Preferences

  • Primarily Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S.
  • Targeted areas of Midwest (Cincinnati, Columbus, Louisville, Lexington, Nashville)
  • Other markets will be considered if strong demographics and dynamic economies support investment in the region
