Blythewood BAR approves EDG's two-building development

After deliberation and coordination with the Board of Architectural Review, the town of Blythewood has approved the two-building development proposed by EDG!

Developer Mike Ziegler Sr. worked with the town directly to ensure both parties got what they were looking for.

"This is the front door to the community, and we wanted to make sure the architecture reflects that.” Mike Sr. said.

The accepted plan provides the perfect combination of modern enhancements with the traditional style the town of Blythewood has known and loved for decades. The project is expected to be completed and open for business in early 2027.
