FREDONIA, NY - August 5, 2025 – A new era of convenience and commerce is dawning in Fredonia with the grand opening of a new retail development at the former Valu Home Center site on Bennett Road. The community is invited to celebrate the grand opening of O'Reilly Auto Parts, BevBoi, and Firehouse Subs.
This new development revitalizes a key commercial location, providing residents with a variety of new retail options. The multi-tenant building has been completely redeveloped to house these three new businesses, with more to come later this year.
O'Reilly Auto Parts will offer high-quality auto parts and excellent customer service to local residents, serving as a trusted resource for all their automotive needs. BevBoi brings a curated selection of wines, spirits, and craft beers to Fredonia, while Firehouse Subs will provide its hearty, hot subs and a commitment to public safety.
In addition to the three businesses celebrating their grand openings, the new development will also welcome Ozone and Supercuts later this year, further expanding the retail and service offerings at the location.

Located at the former Valu Home Center site on Bennett Road, this new retail complex is the result of a significant redevelopment project between Eagle Development Group and Hoffman United.

These new locations, situated at 2199 Church St, mark a significant expansion for both brands and are anticipated to bring new jobs and dining options to the Conway community.
